Omission errors include dead grasses, grasses occluded by trees, and possibly deciduous trees at the time of data capture. Indicative overall accuracy for vegetation cover is better than 90% as estimated from 3 regions repeated for 2 dates to provide 6 estimates. Range from regions 90-98%.
