  • The Carbon Value Rank was developed from the carbon sequestration and storage potential of different vegetation types using modelled extent of Ecological Vegetation Classes in 1750 and the typical canopy structure. Last revision March 2022

  • Gippsland basin Geothermal gradient. The image was taken from a report by King et al (1987), Geothermal Resources of Victoria. The study looked primarily at low - medium grade geothermal resources associated with warm to hot (300 - 700 C) groundwaters of good quality. The report details the substantial low-grade geothermal resources that exist in the major sedimentary basins in the southern part of the State, the economics of a number of direct use applications, environmental issues, and legal matters. The geothermal gradients vary from 20 - 250C/100m . Geothermal steering committee did not wish to release this dataset

  • Bushbank spatial database that shows biodiveristy rank, carbon rank, EVC and Land Cover Class. It is a raster TIF format file, with all attributes.

  • The Biodiversity Value Rank was developed from DELWP Strategic Management Prospects revegetation benefit model that predicts the benefits of suitable revegetation to 4,200 species and preferences connectivity. Last revision March 2022
