EPA maintains a searchable list of properties issued with a certificate or statement of environmental audit in accordance with sections 53V and 53X of the Environment Protection Act. A certificate of environmental audit is issued for a property where, following an audit, an environmental auditor believes the environmental condition of the land is suitable for any beneficial use. EPA Environmental Audits most commonly take place when land is proposed for new use and is potentially contaminated, or if it is already covered by an Environmental Audit Overlay. This dataset mirrors the audit data available on EPA's website interaction portal, but may not be up to date due to data transfer processes. For the most up to date data, go to EPA's website interaction portal.

Part of Vicmap Transport, TR_ROAD_LOCALITY is an Aspatial table.

This layer is part of Vicmap Lite and contains point features delineating townships. Vicmap Lite datasets are suited for use between scales of 1: 250,000 and 1 : 5 million. The point features were sourced from TOWNS_SEAUS. The level of attribute information and the number of features has been simplified to suit the 1: 250,000 - 1 : 5 million scale range. The concept of a Scale Use Code has been introduced to help control the level of detail displayed. THIS DATASET WAS LAST UPDATED IN NOVEMBER 2012

OBSOLETE dataset from 5 May 2020, records have been distributed to EL_RELIEF_AREA_FUZZY Geographic Areas Relief Labels, which depict such features as plains and ranges, are sourced from annotation layers and hence have limitations in the way they can be used. These polygons contain intelligent information including name, feature type and level, enabling flexible, intelligent and cartographic labelling which is both multi scale and non scale dependent. Note: This dataset is only to be used for labelling purposes.

A dataset depicting coastal levees captured by the Department of Primary Industries for the Future Coasts Program in 2011 using aerial imagery and the Future Coasts topographic LiDAR Digital Elevation Model (DEM).

The dataset provides conservation areas, within the Melbourne West, Sunbury (Melbourne North-west), Melbourne North and Melbourne South-east growth areas between the 2005 and 2010 Urban Growth Boundary. The dataset is the basis of "biodiversity areas" identified in the Melbourne Growth Corridor Plans (May 2012) and the Biodiversity Conservation Strategy for the Melbourne Growth Corridors to be released in 2013, and prepared as a requirement of the Melbourne Strategic Assessment under the Commonwealth EPBC Act.

The MOG spatial dataset shows the modelled extent of Old Growth Forest in Victoria. This spatial layer is based on the MOG2009, with reduced extent based on disturbances from fire and timber harvesting up to July 2018. Coming soon - The addition of Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) data for parts of the Central Highlands and East Gippsland will be added progressively through 2019-20. The addition of these LiDAR derived classifications to the MOG dataset, will provide Victoria's most complete and up to date assessment of Victoria's modelled old growth forest extent.

This layer is part of Vicmap Hydro and contains point features delineating hydro/navigation features. Includes; Buoys, Beacons, Rocks & Wrecks.

This layer is part of Vicmap Lite and contains polygons representing the mainland, islands and the sea. This Vicmap Lite dataset is suited for use between scales of 1: 2 million and 1 : 5 million. The level of attribute information, the number of features and the number of vertices has been simplified to suit the 1: 2 million - 1 : 5 million scale range. The concept of a Scale Use Code has been introduced to help control the level of detail displayed. THIS DATASET WAS LAST UPDATED IN MAY 2014
